I can use what I learned about cyber-bullying in real life to stop someone who is cyber-bullying another person. Knowing about the problem can help you solve one. I’ve never witnessed someone cyber-bullying somebody to the extreme, but I’ve seen small comments like “you’re ugly” and stuff. It’s important to take action and de-escalate a problem because it could reach something bad like a person committing suicide.

After visiting the websites posted on your tumblr, and watching the Copyright video, I learned a lot of new things. I learned that copyright is very important, and it’s usually found at the bottom of a website. When something is copyrighted, the creator doesn’t want anybody else stealing their work and claiming it as their own. I also learned a lot about uploading pictures on the Internet. You can copyright it so nobody can steal it from you. Common Craft is a really cool website and it’s also entertaining. I’ve learned a lot from Common Craft, and I enjoy their videos.

I think that if all of the Digi Lit classes collaborate on making a Wikipedia page, it would be fun! I don’t think a lot of us have ever made a page on Wikipedia, so that would be fun. Also, it would be cool to see what all the other classes though of this class. If our Wikipedia page ended up helping another teacher/student, that would be really cool. Also, it would help the incoming freshman taking this course understand what it’s about.
